Intelligent Printing&Dyeing

Aiming at the current low production efficiency, information island, cost escalation and other problems encountered in the transformation and upgrading process of textile printing and dyeing, this project implements the development and application of intelligent and integrated technology from the three aspects of enterprise management, workshop production, and public assistance on the basis of the enterprise’s pre-production automation transformation. Design and improve the overall structure and route of the textile intelligent factory based on the integration of the Internet, build the integrated information system structure of “enterprise management – workshop execution – production control” from the three levels of equipment, workshop and enterprise, complete the collection of data and information integration of each level through the application of multi-type network communication technology, and realize the interconnection and cooperative operation of each level. The interconnection and synergistic operation of each layer is realized.

Functional Module

• Dyeing formula and process digitalization
Establishing the digital management system of dyeing formula and process, realizing the digital and standardized management of the process of generating, matching and delivering dyeing formula.

• Print AI Design System
Generate and optimize print patterns for textile fabrics. By combining AI technology, the software generates personalized print designs based on market demand and customer preferences, and provides efficient pattern layout and color matching solutions.

• CNC system for precision processing of fabrics
CNC management for precision processing of textile fabrics to ensure processing accuracy and product quality consistency. Through the automatic adjustment of processing parameters, it realizes efficient and precise fabric cutting and sewing.

• Energy Control System
Using Ethernet to transmit real-time energy data from subsystems to the total monitoring platform, it displays the operating status of energy equipment and energy networks, helping enterprises to understand the operating status of energy systems in a timely and accurate manner, solve problems and optimize deployment.

• Wastewater treatment optimization system
It realizes the evaluation and regulation of operation effect and the traceability analysis of abnormal working conditions, the dynamic regulation and control of process for key process sections, and the health evaluation and fault diagnosis of all kinds of equipment in process sections.

• Intelligent control system for waste gas treatment equipment
Monitor the operation status of the waste gas treatment equipment of the sizing machine, realize the functions of abnormal remote alarm, operation quality assessment and online optimization of the process.
