1. Data collection and visualization
Through the textile fabric processing APS scheduling software and automatic operation and maintenance equipment system, real-time collection and monitoring of cotton spinning workshop equipment production, order status, quality and energy consumption and environmental information, forming a comprehensive monitoring window, to ensure all-round visualization of the production process.
2. Intelligent scheduling and production prediction
Utilizing APS scheduling software for textile fabric processing, the whole process of statistical management of the progress of the order, recommending the optimal scheduling plan through the system calculations, realizing intelligent order scheduling and delivery prediction. Through the production forecast function, it can arrange personnel and production equipment, optimize production rhythm and improve production efficiency.
3. Optimized management of technology formula
With the help of textile fabric precision processing CNC software, according to the raw cotton and yarn index difference data, yarn quality prediction and process adjustment, generating on-board test spinning process, improving the success rate of test spinning and optimizing process management.
4. Quality control and early warning
